In addition to location, the app also allowed users to filter machines by type, such as Skill Cranes or Kiddie Rides, helping them find the perfect activity. To ensure a smooth user experience, we developed a system of coded stickers placed on each machine. By scanning the sticker with the app, users can effortlessly initiate gameplay, eliminating any confusion and maximising playtime.
Customers can purchase each experience and redeem them for rewards, sweets, prizes and promotional items enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
The App supported a wide range of payment gateways including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Stripe and PayPal.
This shift to digital currency not only streamlines the payment process but also enhances the overall user experience, making transactions faster, more secure, and more convenient.
