    Inefficient tracking and incomplete documentation within large organisations was causing havoc and leading to failures in legal compliance requirements.


    With no centralised system, this makes communication, collaboration and planning close to impossible and highly prone to errors and oversight.


    The Approach.

    Sugar Rush tackled the challenge by building an tailored asset monitoring platform, a digital game-changer for asset management.

    From field engineers in noisy, dark, low-connectivity industrial settings to office administrators assigning tasks, the system needed to accommodate diverse workflows. Its capabilities ranged from simple tasks like reporting the temperature of a specific tap to complex ones like providing annual metrics and statistics for clients.

    Compli App is a digital risk management app and software platform that helps engineers conduct on-site tests on assets across buildings and sites. 


    It offers automated features, offline capabilities, and customisable options to meet specific client needs whilst ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate collection of all data.

    Real-time Asset Tracking and Reporting.

    Tasks are highlighted for engineers within the app and an audit trail is maintained. The system provides automated reporting, traffic light status indicators, trends, KPIs, and asset management features.

    After scanning a QR code, engineers can use the app's features to quickly report on equipment status. This might involve selecting options, adding photos, or leaving notes. Reports are automatically uploaded, eliminating paperwork and ensuring everyone has instant access to asset information.

    Data is automatically captured using remote monitoring, reducing errors and enabling continuous monitoring throughout the building or site. Data can also be captured automatically via remote probes.

    The captured data can be analysed in real-time to identify potential issues or trends. This proactive approach allows for timely intervention, preventing problems from escalating and minimising downtime. Additionally, the collected data can be used to optimise building operations, improve energy efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
