We’re hiring — Mid/Senior Project Manager 🚀

Sugar Rush is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Mid–Senior Project Manager to join our team.

With an increasing number of client contract commitments, alongside some genuinely innovative internal products moving towards launch, we’re looking for someone who can come in, take ownership and hit the ground running.

You’ll be working closely with our design and development teams, managing a mix of mobile app, custom software and Digital Products, while helping keep clients, timelines and deliverables firmly on track.

Typical day-to-day responsibilities

• Manage multiple mobile app, custom software and digital projects from kick-off through to launch.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear, proactive and professional.
• Work closely with designers, developers and technical leads to keep projects moving.
• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, resources and deliverables.
• Run regular client meetings, internal stand-ups and project reviews.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the delivery team.
• Manage project boards, tickets, priorities and development sprints.
• Keep a close eye on budgets, allocated development time and project profitability.
• Identify scope creep and out-of-scope requests early and manage these commercially with clients.
• Track risks, blockers and dependencies, escalating where necessary before they impact delivery.
• Coordinate QA, testing, client feedback and UAT ahead of releases.
• Manage launch planning and ensure projects move smoothly from development into production.
• Maintain project documentation, decisions, requirements and change requests.
• Help manage third-party integrations, APIs and external suppliers alongside the technical team.
• Provide clients and senior management with concise progress, budget and delivery updates.
• Support the planning and delivery of Sugar Rush's own internal digital products, from concept through development and launch.
• Help improve internal processes as the company and project portfolio continue to grow.

• Be comfortable making decisions, taking ownership and keeping momentum rather than simply reporting project status.
